中冶赛迪与太行钢铁公司，出于对我公司的企业诚信以及产品质量的信任，于2019年 7月与我公司签订一批高炉冷却壁订单，用于太行钢铁1#、2#高炉项目。
 
 

该批冷却壁订单工期紧、任务重，总量大（2880吨）是我公司首次为赛迪公司生产6管型冷却壁（赛迪专利）。
 
 
 
产品
 
冷却水管由我公司专利的全自动弯管机一次冷弯成型，弯曲部位光滑美观、无皱褶、裂纹、划痕，通球直径满足标准要求。
 

以上各项指标均经过驻厂监理严格检验，各项指标均满足技术要求符合且优于国家技术标准
 
 
项目进展
 
我公司克服生产环节中的重重阻碍、以及后期遇到冷却壁冬季低温镶砖的施工困难，于2020年1月18日将1号高炉冷却壁全部交付完毕。并且，客户于两日内顺利完成安装工作！
  
 
 

赛迪-太行2号高炉灰铁冷却壁也已经于2020年1月1日全部交付完成。2号高炉球铁冷却壁全部包装完毕，在3月20号已经全部交付完毕。
 

 
用心打造天宇品质。这次完成的项目是对天宇品质的又一次检验，也是天宇与中冶赛迪建立长期合作的基础。天宇将继续致力于为国内外钢铁公司提供优质的冶金冷却设备和服务，不断的以可靠的产品和服务赢得客户的信赖。
